The selection process
Before you can start training, checks will be carried out to see whether you meet the necessary requirements for a career as a flight dispatcher. Cognitive skills and mathematical knowledge are primarily put to the test.
The test consists of several stages:
- Registration – click here
- Subsequent to the application, you may be invited to Frankfurt am Main to take part in a selection procedure (mathematics and physics test, a psychological selection interview, and an ICAO level 4 English test)
Instead of the mathematics and physics test, we also accept a positive Berufsgrunduntersuchung (BU), which is an aptitude test carried out by Lufthansa or Austrian Airlines.
